Free shipping is for New Zealand only
All goods will be dispatched via normal couriers. Normal conditions apply for goods delivered using couriers. Officetech Ltd will take no responsibility for goods lost by couriers. Officetech Ltd will provide, at the customer’s request, a consignment number for tracking of goods while in transit. Should goods go missing while in transit, Officetech Ltd will provide all possible assistance to the customer to recover the goods. If the goods are not found within a reasonable time, Officetech Ltd will seek compensation for the loss of the goods from the courier. Replacement goods will not be dispatched free of charge until compensation for lost goods has been recovered.
Returns policy.
Officetech Ltd will accept goods returned to us within 14 days of dispatch as long as they are unopened and in a saleable condition.
After 14 days, a restocking fee of 15% of the value of the sale price may be deducted.
Freight will not be refunded unless Officetech Ltd has dispatched the incorrect goods initially.
Goods purchased and paid for by credit card will only be reimbursed to the same credit card number used to pay for the goods initially.
A credit can be held on account for future purchases if requested.
Officetech Ltd is not obliged to give a refund if the customer changes their mind on goods purchased as covered in the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Officetech Ltd takes no responsibility for incorrectly ordered goods and any damage or 3rd party issue in relation to the use or misuse of the goods
